Our local Sichuan partners have just informed us that the road from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou has been closed. At the moment, the only way to travel between the two areas is by plane. Neither Chengdu nor Jiuzhaigou have been affected by floods or landslides. Stay tuned for more updates.
Wenchuan County in China’s southwestern Sichuan province has yet again been struck by natural disaster.
