Day 1

Hike on country roads to an isolated tea plantation ● Learn how to process tea as farmers produce one of the world's most famous beverages ● Join along with a local family to pick vegetables and learn how to cook local cuisine in an authentic Tulou home ● Enjoy a scavenger hunt to explore Yunshuiyao Tulou history and culture ● Partake in fun, team building activities in the evening

Get your carabineers ready for a morning of ferrata-style rock climbing and zip-lining ● Get your boots muddy with a nature hike ● Return to Xiamen hotel to check-in and freshen up ● Walk up and down bustling Zhongshan Street to quench your Western food desires for dinner

Visit a local Xiamen beach for fun in the sun and ocean kayaking ● Drive out to a picturesque peninsula to learn about the importance of mangroves and local farming life ● Work as a team to create a short documentary about Mangrove Conservation or farming culture

Ferry out to Gulangyu Island to get a taste of China's colonial past ● Twist and turn through the island's countless alleys to discover old consulates and historic banks, as well as cozy cafes and yummy seafaring restaurants ● Return home by plane or train
